How long does it take to ship?
Every piece is made to order and finished in Quebec. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
How long does delivery take once it ships?
Within Canada: 2–7 business days. To the United States: 5–10 business days. International: 7–14 business days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $70 or more within Canada and the United States. Below that, a flat $15.
The Pieces
Are the designs printed or embroidered?
The artwork is printed at full scale on every garment. On the hoodies, the State of Resonance logo is embroidered — stitched into the fleece rather than printed on it.
What material are the pieces made from?
Tees are garment-dyed heavyweight cotton, and long sleeves are built on the same body with ribbed cuffs. Hoodies are a heavyweight fleece, dense enough to hold their shape through the wash.
How do I care for them?
Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron directly over a print or over the embroidered logo — press from the inside if you need to. Treated that way both outlast the garment.
How do I pick a size?
Check the size guide — we publish flat-lay measurements for the tee, long sleeve, and hoodie. The long sleeve shares the body dimensions of the tee, so if you know your tee size it carries straight over. Garment-dyed pieces run about half a size smaller, so size up if you're between sizes.
Availability
Will this piece restock?
Every piece is made after you order it, so sizes and colourways stay available rather than selling out. If a colourway is retired from the catalogue we say so on the product page.
Returns & Our 30-Day Quality Guarantee
What does the 30-day quality guarantee cover?
Every piece is backed for 30 days from delivery. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears in that window — print cracking or peeling, the embroidered logo pulling loose, seam failure, a production error, or damage in transit — email info@stateofresonance.ca with your order number and photos. We'll replace the piece or refund you in full, your choice, and cover return shipping on an approved claim.
Can I return something because I changed my mind?
No. Each piece is made to order rather than picked from stock, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Normal wear and tear and damage from washing against the care instructions aren't covered either.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange on an unworn, unwashed garment — return shipping is yours, the replacement's is ours. Checking the size guide first is the surest way to avoid it. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.
