PRODUCTION & HANDLING
Every garment at State of Resonance is printed and embroidered to order in our studio in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, in limited runs. Nothing is held as pre-made inventory, so your order is made after you place it.
Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or holidays. During a drop or a period of high volume, production may take a few days longer — we will email you if that happens.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery time is in addition to production time, and begins the day your order ships.
- Canada: 2 to 7 business days
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 7 to 14 business days
All delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
SHIPPING RATES
- Canada: $15 CAD flat rate — free on orders $70 and up
- United States: $15 CAD flat rate — free on orders $70 and up. Express shipping $34.90 CAD.
- Europe: $35 to $42 CAD flat rate, depending on region
- Rest of world: Calculated at checkout based on carrier and destination
TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves the studio. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
