30-DAY QUALITY GUARANTEE

Every piece is backed for 30 days from delivery. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears in that window, we will replace the piece or refund you in full — your choice. That covers:

  • Print cracking, peeling, or fading beyond normal wear
  • Embroidery pulling loose or unravelling
  • Seam, cuff, or hem failure
  • A manufacturing print error, or the wrong item shipped
  • Damage in transit

Email info@stateofresonance.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. If we approve the claim, return shipping is on us, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

PRODUCTION & MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Every garment at State of Resonance is hand-printed and embroidered to order in our studio in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, in limited runs. Because each piece is custom-crafted specifically for you and not held as pre-made inventory, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Minor variation in print placement, texture, or embroidery finish is a natural characteristic of hand-made goods and is not considered a defect.

SIZING

Please review our size guide before ordering — we publish flat-lay measurements for the tee, the long sleeve, and the hoodie. Sizing exchanges inside the 30-day window are handled case by case; contact us and we will do what we reasonably can.

WHAT ISN'T COVERED

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by washing against the care instructions, and alterations made after delivery fall outside the guarantee. We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us — unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, as required by EU law. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Contact info@stateofresonance.ca to start this process.
