Processing & Handling
All garments at State of Resonance are printed and embroidered to order locally in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Once your order is processed, please allow 3–7 business days for domestic shipping. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer transparent flat-rate shipping options to our customers:
- Canada: $15 standard flat-rate, Free for orders $120 and up
- United States: $20 standard flat-rate, $34.90 Express, Free for orders $70 and up
- Europe & International: $35 to $42 flat-rates, Free thresholds vary by region
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. State of Resonance is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
