Production & Processing

Every garment at State of Resonance is hand-printed and embroidered to order in our local studio located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Because we do not use mass fulfillment centers or pre-printed inventory, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production and quality inspection before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times & Estimates

Once your order has been crafted and hand-packed, it is shipped directly from our Quebec studio. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

Shipping Rates

We offer transparent flat-rate shipping options. Shipping charges are calculated based on your destination:

  • Canada: $15.00 flat rate standard shipping. Free shipping on all orders of $120.00 CAD and up.
  • United States: $20.00 flat rate standard shipping, $34.90 Express shipping. Free shipping on all orders of $70.00 USD and up.
  • Europe & International: Standard shipping rates range from $35.00 to $42.00 depending on your country. Free shipping thresholds vary by region (from $70.00 to $190.00). Exact rates are dynamically calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

For US and international orders, please note that any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
